This Statement of Intent sets out the strategic direction of Housing New Zealand Corporation (the Corporation) over the next three to five years, and our planned operating performance for 2009/10. It explains how our activities will contribute to achieving our outcomes and how the Corporation will measure progress towards those outcomes.
