 On 30 June 2010 the 2-year Shared Equity pilot ended, and the scheme will not continue.

Housing New Zealand is now focusing on the Welcome Home Loan product because it suits the market conditions and provides a better home ownership opportunity to first home buyers. For more information visit the Welcome Home Loan website.
