Welcome Home Loans
If your rent repayments could cover a mortgage, you might want to think about a Welcome Home Loan. We work with banks and building societies to provide loans for people who can afford mortgage repayments but don't have a deposit.
The banks and building societies offer up to 100 percent of the house price. Our role is to remove the risk by providing the lenders with mortgage insurance.
Welcome Home Loans are part of a home ownership package the Government announced in the 2005 Budget, along with home ownership education workshops and the Kiwisaver deposit subsidy.
