Information pack for landlords - Department of Building and Housing

The Department of Building and Housing has produced a new information pack for landlords on CD-Rom. The disc gives landlords important advice and information on managing properties effectively and giving tenants value for money. Copies of the CD can be ordered by emailing landlordcdrom@dbh.govt.nz or phoning 0800 TENANCY (0800 83 62 62).
